Warranty Policy
Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please review your product manual, which should contain all the information about the warranty and the phone number to call to request warranty work. Make sure you have your model number, serial number and invoice number from Repetition Fitness on hand when you call.
All manufacturers’ warranty work is done through the manufacturer and not Repetition Fitness.
How to Deal with Manufacturer Claims

Prepare Required Documentation: Ensure you have your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and any other required documentation, such as photos of the defect or a description of the issue.

Contact the Manufacturer: Reach out to the manufacturer’s customer service department using the contact information provided in the warranty documentation. They will guide you through the claim process and provide any necessary forms or instructions.

Follow Manufacturer’s Instructions: Adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines for returning the defective product or parts, if necessary. The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the product.

Shipping Costs: You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will typically cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
