While we do not have a traditional membership program, you can subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new products, special offers, and wellness tips. To purchase equipment or book self-development coaching sessions, please visit our website or contact us directly.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments through our website. Unfortunately, we do not offer financing options at this time but are working towards providing them in the future.

Shipping and Returns

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping for all our products, shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the size and weight of the item and your location. Detailed shipping information is available during the checkout process.

How do I return a defective or damaged item?

Warranty

Warranty Policy

Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please review your product manual, which should contain all the information about the warranty and the phone number to call to request warranty work. Make sure you have your model number, serial number and invoice number from Repetition Fitness on hand when you call.

All manufacturers’ warranty work is done through the manufacturer and not Repetition Fitness. 

 

How to Deal with Manufacturer Claims

  1. Locate Warranty Information: Refer to the warranty card or user manual included with your product to find the manufacturer’s contact information and detailed instructions for filing a warranty claim.

  2. Prepare Required Documentation: Ensure you have your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and any other required documentation, such as photos of the defect or a description of the issue.

  3. Contact the Manufacturer: Reach out to the manufacturer’s customer service department using the contact information provided in the warranty documentation. They will guide you through the claim process and provide any necessary forms or instructions.

  4. Follow Manufacturer’s Instructions: Adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines for returning the defective product or parts, if necessary. The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the product.

  5. Shipping Costs: You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will typically cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Financing

Financing Options

At Repetition Fitness, we understand that financing can be an important factor in making your purchase more manageable. Currently, we do not offer financing options. However, we are actively working towards providing financing solutions in the near future to better serve our customers.

We will keep our customers informed about the progress of our financing program. Stay tuned for announcements and updates on when these options will become available.

While we work on implementing financing options, we encourage you to explore other payment methods we currently accept, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.

Shipping

Shipping Policy

Repetition Fitness will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed once we are made aware of the delay. Items are delivered by a third party outside carrier, and that delivery is governed by their shipping contracts.

Any storage fees from the carrier for items not picked up in the allowed time will be paid by customer and are not the responsibility of Repetition Fitness.

Processing

Most items can be shipped out to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order. During high volume times, most items can be shipped out to the customer no later than seven regular business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order. Customers will be issued a tracking number to their email address. 

Shipping time estimates supplied in the checkout do not include processing times for our distribution centers to fulfill your order which can take up to 48 hours depending on stock and workflow. All centers close their shipping window at 16:00, in ideal circumstances, any orders before that time can be fulfilled for that day to be shipped. It is recommended that any overnight orders be placed well in advance of our closure of the shipping window.

Free Shipping

Items with free shipping have a certain dollar value that Repetition Fitness covers. Typically this means the customer, in major cities, does not have to pay any shipping but that isn't always the case. Customers outside of major cities will still received a shipping discount but will have to pay the difference in shipping costs. If this happens, we will send an email with the amount the customer has to cover.

Many larger items require additional shipping rates in excess to the standard shipping rates at checkout. If this happens we will send you an email highlighting any additional shipping charges.

Current promotions that offer free shipping do have further limitations. We only offer free shipping in these provinces: BC, AB, SK and ON. Any provinces not listed do not qualify for free shipping.

Your Shipment - What to Expect

Majority of shipments are with our third-party couriers, a small number of them are processed through our in-house delivery teams. Both our couriers and in-house teams deliver the item/s to your door or nearest entrance point. They do not enter the premises and move the item/s to the desired location on the premises. Our standard shipping services also do not include installation and setup with the item/s. Installation & setup come with separate fees at a fair market value.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged, you must contact us  within 24 hours of receiving the item. You must include the original invoice number, model number and serial number.

If you have a broken cosmetic part, you must also include the part number, which can be found in the product manual. Please also include three digital photos of the defective part so we can assess the damage.

A new part will be sent to you at no charge if you are within Canada and as long as the product is under warranty. Any abuse to the equipment or product will void the warranty.

If a machine is put together and there is a defective electronic part, please contact us and include the original invoice number, serial number, model number and part number from the manual, along with the nature of the issue.

If we determine a new part must be sent to you, that part will be mailed at no cost to you if you are in Canada as long as the product is under warranty. Any abuse to the equipment or product will void the warranty.

Liability

Any damage done to the customer’s property during delivery of equipment or products is the responsibility of the courier or third party and is not the responsibility of Repetition Fitness. Any claims must be taken up with delivery company.

Shipping Restrictions

Repetition Fitness reserves the right not to ship to certain addresses or ship certain products.

This shipping policy does not apply to commercial equipment or machines. 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Repetition Fitness are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Questions or concerns about a shipment?
